I really enjoyed my stay. I chose the deluxe room as I wanted fancier room furnishings still on a budget and it was amazing value for money! Boujie feel but much cheaper than the other chain name options. Great location with lots of little shops and great affordable restaurants right next door. Hotel is next to the Metro also. The team are an extremely kind and highly motivated staff who provided a service with a smile and a no question is too small attitude. Breakfast was delicious, and freshly made that you could taste. Helped me cling film wrap my cases in the hotel also which was an appreciated service for very cheap.

I liked the hotel, the location was very close to metro, tram and bus stops, it was possible to walk to the historical places of the city. There was Historia AVM nearby for shopping and Istanbul Police for security. Breakfast was varied and fresh. The hotel is a good choice for single travelers and families at an affordable price. The staff of the hotel were very helpful in solving the related issues I faced. Special thanks to Ahmet, Jalal and Abbas bey!

Breakfast was truly delicious, but food remained the same every day during our 16 days stay. Some changes would be just perfect! We appreciated cups with water delivered to our room every day, so convenient. Beds were comfortable as well. Love that big windows, which allowed a lot of light in our room. Stuff working there is very friendly and truly cares about needs of their guests whenever they ask for something.

the breakfast is nice and there are fruits and sweet cakes and fruit cakes and small pieces of pizza stuff speak arabic the geographical location near the tram and bus lines metro. I took my bus (46T) directly from the stop in front of the hotel to another metro station (M11) (for 20 lire) which takes you to the airport (25 lira) it's just for 45 lira

The reception staff understood my need for a big room. At first, they gave me a small room, but when I needed a bigger room, they replaced it for me without any problems. We salute Zaher. I liked the view of the street the breakfast was good for me and for all Algerian people as well as the receptionist, they all speak Arabic without problems.
